Home to approximately 46,000 Arkansans (2000 Census), the Lower Little (see poster) watershed lies within the Red River Basin in Southwest Arkansas crossing into Oklahoma.  The hydrologic unit code for this watershed is 11140109.  Upstream are the Upper Little (Oklahoma) and the Mountain Fork (11140108).  The McKinney-Posten Bayous Watershed (11140201) is downstream.
