Home to approximately 1,000 Arkansans (2000 Census), the Cross Bayou watershed lies within the Red River Basin in the Southwest corner of Arkansas crossing into Texas and Louisiana.  The hydrologic unit code for this watershed is 11140304.  Caddo Lake Watershed (11140306) flows into Cross Bayou, and the Middle Red-Coushatta Watershed (11140202) is downstream.
